If your product arrives damaged or is faulty:
- If you are unsatisfied with your order, have any queries, or if any of the items on your order are damaged/faulty, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can rectify the problem as soon as possible.
We advise sending through photos of the plants you’re contacting us about, so that our team of experts can identify any issues.
Obtaining your refund:
- If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund directly onto the card that was used to make the purchase.

Partial or full refund:
If we issue a partial refund, this will only cover the cost of the relevant goods originally paid for (we will not refund the original delivery cost). However, if we issue a full refund, this will cover the cost of the entire original order (cost of the goods originally paid for plus a refund of the original delivery cost).
